I found my way into fitness and weight training through multiple set backs as a previous elite athlete in the USA.
Fitness quite honestly changed my life, yet I found myself lost without guidance from coaches when I left my sport due to injury which spiraled into bad eating habits without accountability or clear direction.
I lost all fitness, strength, direction and self confidence in myself - so I built something I wish I had at the start of my journey, a bespoke program designed specifically for women in their mid 20-50’s to fast track their results.
I understand your exact barriers and now have all the tools, with 10+ yrs experience, simple solutions to help you rebuild your entire self confidence, fitness and strength to it’s full potential.
My mission is to make fitness enjoyable to ALL women - provide diet and exercise guidance, education and support which is a long term solution, not a ‘temporary fix’.
My aim is to help all my clients create a more balanced, flexible lifestyle, educate and push them to GAIN fitness, food freedom, optimal health, strength, and control over their weight or body fat %.

What I specialise in?
I work with females ONLY, in their mid 20s- 50’s who have tried it all and want to feel strong, lean, fit or improve exercise performance.
Women who have never really been able to stick to a diet and are looking for not just ‘fat loss’ but making this the last diet or program you ever have to do.
Women who have never fully understood what to eat to fuel their bodies, are willing to learn and get to that NEXT level in their journey with high accountability.
My story
I started out my journey as a footballer playing for Chelsea FC for over 8 years, I was lucky enough to receive a scholarship that allowed me to live and play sport in America for 4 years. I juggled playing division 1 soccer, and studying for a BSc degree in Psychology and Human Development.
I actually found my passion for health and fitness after my knee injuries forced me into the weight room (which terrified me) - and after six major knee injuries, these set backs enabled me to pursue my passion as a full time female coach.
I has to learn how I could build myself up again, to regain my confidence and also to define my overall body shape. I found myself as a ‘beginner’ again but through a lot of experience, I found a balanced lifestyle approach that gave me happiness, supported my mental health with full food freedom now.
I never look back at my decision to get into fitness, I had coaches guiding me and couldn’t have achieved what I did without their support or a community of women around me which is why I value high quality coaching we offer.
We offer community team events throughout the year and ongoing client education online to deliver the best quality results on the market, which is why we are nothing like the other program’s out there.
