THIS IS BESPOKE, 1-2-1 PERSONALISED COACHING DESIGNED just for you, based around your lifestyle and needs.

If you are looking for a “cheap”coach or quick fix I am probably not the coach for you…

The quality of the service matters to me so that you get the results you want in a realistic timeframe that is not damaging to your health, I won’t put you on more FAD diets!

If you are willing to put in the effort with my support, fed up of trying everything and really want a lasting approach, you are likely suited to my coaching programme and I would love to help educate you more.

Nutrition

Our approach to nutrition is tailored to your personalised calorie needs. We work together to help you come up with plan that is manageable, realistic and sustainable. Let’s be honest, meal plans are boring… they do not teach you anything long term and do not allow you flexibility to eat out and make “educated” choices with friends, navigate social occasions or ‘off plan’ holidays/events.

Whether it’s teaching you different nutritional approaches such as reverse dieting, fat loss deficits, maintenance strategies, calorie cycling for social occasions, intuitive eating guidance, or anything in between. Your day will be based around foods that you love and already eat on a daily basis. You’re not “going on a diet”, you already HAVE a diet, we just need to make it work better for you.

I can guarantee you that you won’t have to give up any of the things that you love. In fact, I’ll be encouraging you to eat them on a daily basis. That’s how we’ll achieve Full Food Freedom & diet adherence (without falling off the wagon).

Training

Setting goals is one thing. But it’s a whole different ball game when you find yourself in a place where you actually enjoy exercising. Is it currently challenging enough, structured and suited to your GOALS?

You want to be able to perform to the best of your ability right? Target weaknesses?

For me, the perfect training programme is the right balance of things that you love, and things that you need. Whether it’s running, yoga, classes or weightlifting (or a mix)…I’ll make sure that your workout schedule is tailor-made to suit your lifestyle, flexible to move the days and adjusted as we continue to track, record and measure progress in our app we use. I will guarantee maximum results in the most enjoyable way possible, we will monitor and adjust your programme when needed including travels.

Mindset

I can’t emphasise enough what a powerful tool a mindset is, especially if you want to be thriving in all aspects of your life (career, health, relationships). Having said that, this isn’t just about thinking ‘positively’ and ‘believing in yourself’ to achieve your goal.

THIS is a set of behaviours, impulse social decisions, knocking down limiting beliefs, personal boundaries, values, expectations or even perhaps “people pleasing” tendencies that have stopped you from succeeding previously on your health & fitness journey.

This is more about becoming aware of how your own mind, your own boundaries work so that you can get yourself in the right frame of mind and be open to growth.

It’s about understanding why some women are consistently improving their health and quality of life, while others give up before they even start and stay stuck in a rut wishing they gave themselves a chance to gain control of impulse decisions and fear of failure.

Support & Accountability

Support is an integral part of this bespoke service. Any time you're ready for that difficult conversation, or need a nudge on progress, we are here for you 24/7. We even have a Team Hayls group chat for added support throughout and a strong community of ladies on a similar journey as you. Since we are stronger together - we share our meals, wins, ask each other for advice, share ideas on group calls and have live Q&A sessions to offer another level of support and community aspect.

Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that may need extra attention is crucial. We have daily accountability, and no question is ever “silly” enough to ask, you have our full support and guidance for anything life throws at you.

The individual weekly in-depth progress check videos, performance feedback analysis, access to a daily support group and Zoom review calls will ensure that you are supported throughout your journey.

Education

Education, is something that I definitely take seriously. Anybody can follow a cookie cutter meal plan for a few weeks. If you’re looking to make lasting change, you’re going to want to get some education.

Knowledge is power! For me personally, education isn’t just about the “what”, but also the “why” and the “how”. I make sure to take the time with each and every one of my clients to teach you everything you need to continue to life a healthy and happy lifestyle even after we finish working together.

We have a client portal that you will have access to during your time in our body confidence 180 programme. I educate you every single week on check ins and look for areas we can develop together, the programme length is set for you to walk away confident to do it alone.
